Part-Time Sales Associate

Approx 12-18 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in providing a positive customer experience and cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Fulfill in–store and web orders and manage customer inquiries & requests
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Assist with inventory management (placing orders, receiving shipments, stocking shelves, & merchandizing retail and consignment items)
  • Assist with photography, social media posts, and promotion ideas
  • Occasionally set up the physical space for in-person events (moving furniture, etc.)
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, cleanliness, & organization of supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Two years retail/in person sales experience
  • Available on weekends and weekdays
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and basic computer skills

Additional knowledge a strong PLUS (not required):

  • Early childhood development/education
  • Sustainable, ethically made, & non-toxic products/trends
