Breastfeeding/Infant Feeding Support Group
Every Tuesday, 10AM – 11:30AM
Drop-in. Suggested donation $5-15

IBCLC/LCSW Alyssa Hansen is here to lead discussion, answer questions and provide space for sharing stories and tips. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, or just curious, all are welcome! A scale is available for infant weight checks Alyssa Hansen is an IBCLC and LCSW, a mother of two toddlers, and a neighbor of Minnow Lane. She has been a clinical social worker since 2013, with a focus on perinatal mental health.

 

 

 


Philly Community Music with April!
For babies 3 weeks - 1 year
Every Thursday (except the 1st Thursday of the month)

April is a music therapist and mama to two vibrant kiddos. She has been holding space for little ones for 15 years, through her music groups and as a doula. April is a Philly native and a Fishtown resident, she loves to create space for our community to gather and grow!

 

 


Baby Café, New Parent Meet-Up

A monthly neighborhood meetup for parents of pre-crawlers.

Come connect with other local parents and babies! This group brings our growing community of families together once a month to get to know each other over refreshments, a table full of fresh baked goods, and sweet & savory snacks! This meet- up is casual and unstructured, and is just what you need when you want to get out of the house and socialize with other parents in a safe, judgement free space.

Welcoming your new baby means that you are endeavoring three important and demanding jobs - care of your postpartum body & mind, learning how to breastfeed confidently and practical care of your newborn baby. This class will help you and your partner know what to expect and how to create the best possible support to thrive in all of these roles.
